If a product you have purchased is faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. However, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If you have made a purchase from our website and need to return the product for some reason, we will exchange the item for a RingsInGold gift card if returned within 30 days of dispatch. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition. Before you return an item, please send us an email, or use the Contact Us form to provide an explanation for the reason you are returning the product.
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM, YOU MUST:
- Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
- Return the product within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Ensure that you have included a copy of the receipt with your return.
Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not be altered or tampered with in any way. If it has been altered or tampered with in any way, we wll not provide you with a refund.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RINGSINGOLD:
- Will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty or incorrect (“incorrect” means that you’ve been sent a different item to what you purchased).
- Cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the dispatch date.
- Will not refund an item due to a change of mind.
